Papillon Lingerie is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, or perhaps you've just changed your mind, simply return your garments in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date to our online store.
- We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
- Proof of purchase must be provided when returning your goods.
- Original freight charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.
- If goods ordered are found to be damaged on arrival, you must notify Papillon Lingerie within 7 days of its receipt.
- No return or exchange for discounted sale items, unless faulty.
- No refunds will be paid until such time as the goods have been returned/received/ inspected and approved.
HOW CAN I RETURN GARMENTS?

- Goods should be returned via Australia Post
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (excluding faulty items), we suggest that you obtain proof of posting / insurance for the goods when returning them as we cannot be responsible for them until they are received.
- When goods are received back to Papillion Lingerie we will contact you to arrange either a refund, store credit or exchange
